I have student permit but visa will expire in some days

Hi Brothers,

I need a clarification My visa expires by this month But i will get my student permit in 20 days, can I go to India and apply for visa from India.
1) I will get my renewed student permit in 20 days
2) Can I stamp my Visa from India or is it difficult
Please help

I Don't know why you wanna go back when you were hardly able to re-enter to Canada.
Aur waise bhi tumhe to idhar pe paisa hi kamane the na...!!!
To uspe concentrate karo abhi.
Answer - You haven't even got your study permit extended yet and you are worried about getting visa from India. They will ask for your study records in Bharat when you apply for visa. Yes, it will be difficult to get visa from Bharat.

Once you have the study permit, you can get VISA from Ottawa.
