Hi Friends
I received a speeding ticket in Quebec City and am planning to plead "NOT GUILTY"
I called the court clerk who informed me that even if the police officer is not physically present the Judge would still consider whatever is marked by the officer as true and go on with the case.
Note in Ontario if the police officer is not present the case is dismissed.
Anyone reading from Quebec (Montreal or Quebec City), who knows the rules and has fought a ticket there, could you please verify and advise how the ticket can be fought.
