I know people often forget to turn off CAPS lOCK and I could recall BL use to be very strict on this
I believe BL is trying to raise his voice basically to correct and remind everybody
Please remember using uppercase letters is like SHOUTING and most people consider using uppercase as being rude and/or offensive so we need to pay attention to this
