I have been working as lecturer in computer science since dec 15,1993 in india. Presently i am getting salary 30000 p/m. With ten years teaching experiance and software experiance i want to get better job in canada. Advise me should i shift to canada or not?
U COULD BETTER SALARY THAT WHAT YOU ARE GETTING RIGHT NOW EASILY DOING EVEN ODDS JOBS AND DEFINITELY A BETTER LIFESTYLE. IF YOU ARE CONFIDENT IN YOUR SELF, YOU CAN ALWAYS UPGRADE YOUR SELF AND CONTINUE DOING THE SAME PROFESSION HERE IN CANADA. THERE ARE LOTS OFJOB REQUIRENMENTS AS PROFESSOR/TEACHER IN CANADA

I think the future of IT jobwise is in India and not in Canada. Teaching jobs pay quite good in Canada though.

Earning Rs 30,000 per month is pretty good salary in India and earning $1000 a month by doing odd jobs, I would consider it be "Below poverty line" in Canada.

Getting Rs 30,000 as salary in india is more than enough and we can have better life in india.
