I am filing for Canadian immigration from London visa office,in the check list it says to send all documents to :
Immigration and Medical Division,
Canadian High Commission,
38 Grosvenor Street
London,UK,
W1X 0AA

But it is not given in whose favour the Bank Draft has to be made.

In the fees payment section of instructions,only fees calculation is given.

Please let me know in whose favour I have to pay the fees.
