Hi,

I have applied in skilled work and still waiting for my interview date from LA (USA). Now I am planning to get married in Toronto to a PR holder.

Can I move my case to Toronto?

If not then do I have to file again?

Do I have to pay all the filing fees again?

I have already paid landing fees; can they refund me Landing Fees?

Please Advice.

You emailed me and I replied.

You'll have to reapply. It's a completely new application, new fees etc
