There are quite a few Immigrants arrive here daily. In fact there were 25,000 new Immigrants that arrived up to this day, this year, and NONE of them know of Canadian Desi Website. If they did, they would have confirmed it too. (You know, they just now paid it before they got in)
Here are some details that you can make good use of and do take advantage of it prior to your departure as it is paid for by the Canadian Government for the NEW immigrants.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp
Principal applicant : Re.22,340/- ($550)
A family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older, or is less than 22 years of age and is a spouse or common-law partner Re.22,340/- ($550)
A family member of the principal applicant who is less than 22 years of age and is not a spouse or common-law partner Re.6,100/- ($150)
The total that you mentioned Re.56,880/- is correct. PLUS they need Re. 56/- EACH as clearing fees for the Bank drafts. that is 4 x 56 = 224 This is just to add to the total. Please make sure that it is a DD EACH Re.56/- PER Person. Also drawn on the Bank of America, payable at NEW DELHI.
I will provide you with a reference to the web page here :
http://geo.international.gc.ca/asia/new-delhi/site/feestemp-en.aspx Please read through very carefully prior to purchase.
"c) The following fees are applicable to applicants applying by mail:
- the relevant Citizenship and Immigration Canada processing fee which is listed in the chart below. This is payable in Canadian dollars or Indian Rupees by Demand Draft or Certified Cheque in favour of 'Canadian High Commission' or 'Receiver General for Canada' payable at New Delhi.
- a fee of 56 rupees per person for bank services related to the handling of visa fees. Include a separate Demand Draft with this fee payable to 'Bank of America' payable at New Delhi."
Good Luck.
Freddie.
