Why do you guys experiment with the Indian consulate / VFS.
Just get what is actually mentioned in the website.
As far as my experience goes, some Canadians even donot recogonise what Cashier's cheques are, so how would you expect an Indian sitting in CAanda do even recogonise it.
You guys irritate the Indians sitting in the consulate / VFS by your actions and then spread the word that Indian babu's in Canada are the same as the babu's sitting in India.

U can always call the Indian Consulate/VFS no and enquire...
But agree with tamilkuravan, do as what the website/application says....
Unless u have lot's of time to make multiple visits should they send u back
