I Immigrated to U.S. in July 2002 with family but had to come to canada on a work pemit in July 2003. Before that my lawyer applied for canadian immigration in may2003 at Buffalo in independent category. I am medico my wife is graduate i have a hrdc approved job and i have brothers and sisters living for last 20years.When should
a) I hope to get my immigration call?
b) My son and daughter are ready to go to university will they be treated as foreign students even though i am on a work permit and paying taxes and have letter from immigration canada that my application has been recieved. I can't afford to pay their fees .What should I do . Send them back to u.s.a.Please suggest.
