4 years is long time by the rate at which delhi & NCR is changing. Now you can find 7 theater cinimas house in the malls itself in gurgaon. As such the standard of these cinamas house is same As I could find in Washington dc. The rates are cheap. Compare to 10 dollars in US . YOU can get ticket in 3 dollars (150 rupee) here. But then people earn around 5000-6000 dollars in US while we earn only 1300 dollars per month.
Basically commonwealth games will be played in 2010. SO before that lot is changing. Apart from metro. Another major change that will be happening soon. ,is another ring road cycle close to existing ring road. This road will comes up will 20 foot pillars all over . SO no new space will be needed to create it. Express 10 lane light free highway with gurgaon is another thing that will be complete by Sept 2005.

Delhi has improved a lot in the last 10 yrs ...lot less pollution ( thanks to CNG), flyovers all around i was reading that they expect 30% reduction in road traffic after metro is fully operational.
