dear masood ji,
kindly explain me how can my husband go back to USA when his visa has already been expired and what will be further options for him in USA
In my opinion, this is not the right question to ask Massood for a few reasons:
Firstly, he advises on Canadian Immigration matters, not on US ones. You seem to be in Pakistan asking him for US immigration law which has nothing to do with Canada.
Secondly, how do you expect an answer from anyone unless you give details of the situation. You have written your husband's visa has expired - that is all. What kind of visa it is? Is it tourist (yes that too is immigration matter)- and if it is, the only option left is to re apply.
Thirdly, why does he want to go to USA? To holiday, or to have a business or to work. Don't you think you should be writing all this so that anyone can advise you?

I think this question is a follow-up to another thread, titled "what should we do", which Massood responded to yesterday.
Anita, you should post all follow-up questions to the same thread - it just makes it easier for everyone to follow the discussion and provide input.
Also, a more descriptive subject line will help other members decide which topics they are more interested in.

Anita:
I am a Canadian immigration lawyer and do not advise people on USA immigration. Common sense sometimes hels us. Hence, if he does not have a visa for US, I don't see how he can re-enter without getting a new visa [very difficult in his case].
Finally, I suspect you are not in Pakistan as claimed. Your IP address is in Canada. You don't have to hide from me. There are many consultants who hide here and get free advice so that they can in turn advise their cleints for a fee.
