HI,
I am a resident of canada for past 1yr. I want to visit New York just to meet my friends. I work here as web developer, but i dont own a house or car here. When i enquired at the US consulate they said i should show somthing that will assure them that i will be returning.Does my job stand as a gurantee?
Do you think in my case there is any chance?
Thanks
Sarath

Give it a shot and you *may* get it if you have a good decent job and a valid reason to go to US

We will find a way or we will make one
I got a 5 yrs multiple US Visa, without having any property in Canada.
I showed them my Income, my pay stubs, my bank account, told them that my brother lives here.
Show them your connections to Canada in the form your Bank Account, job letter, if you have any family there, tell them so.
Cross your fingers! you will get it.
Thanks guys, i m goin for interview soon, lets hope everything works out well...
I got the Visitors Visa to USA for 10yrs..yeaaa!!
