THe truth here is, get away from the fact that u r a ca and hv ample experience. All that counts to a big zero when it comes to Canada. Have your certificates assessed, join CGA as soon as u land (direct to Level-4), attend seminars for new comers to learn to make a resume for each job posting and then the major factor "Luck and Contacts". Give urself 3-4 years to come to a stage called "settling down" as the period before that is struggling. I have come across a few cases, who have kept the families here while the wage earner returns to the gulf to make money!

Any insight how do they do that ? , with the PR Card not being valid if they stay out of Canada for more than 3 year of 5 ?

The PR card is a new thing to overcome that practice - it was widely prevelent before the PR card was introduced.
