Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a question what I would like to discuss with you.If somebody land in entepeuner buisness class does he get the PR card when he complete the conditions or he gets the pr card when he lands in Canada?If yes is there any special remarks on the pr card which show that there is a condition on the applicant what he has to clear.
