Anyone knows about Forex Card (HDFC) and Trave Currency Card (Axis Bank)?

Other bank also supports similar card to bring money from india to foreign while travelling.

These are prepaid VISA card. You can load the balance at fix rate in India and withdraw at ATM or use at POS in foreign. (Usually 3 to 5 years validity of the card).

My question is do you think Canadian Citizen can get this card while returning back from India or online while we are in Canada?

Anyone has an experience?
