Hi all,
I want to sell some items on ebay. I m confused about shipping. How do ppl estimate shipping cost for canada and US? Whats chippest way to ship? i checked canadapost.ca but i can only find the cost if i know the location. i dont know whats chippest option for US? i checked UPS web but it give me $30 for a small 0.4lb box.
Wat do u use and how do u estimate cost for shipping to US and canada??
Thanks,
Smartbuy

I have used Canada post for small things like Cds , Books, VHS.
UPS for bigger things.
Really, if you are not sure about shipping you can:
1) Put down a flat shipping rate in the description.
The downside is if the actual cost of shipping is more then you pay from you pocket.
2) Put in a stament saying "email me for shipping charges to your location".
(2) is better.
I think ebay also has a shipping calculator. But it works for the USA only.

I once made a mistake, but I was wrong about it.

I think you can go to your nearest post office and find out the shipping charges or try http://www.canadapost.ca." rel="nofollow">LINK Just tell your buyers what canadapost tells you regarding shipping time like a week to 10 days or so. Delivery confirmation is available on some.
