I would like to know your suggestion regarding one our relative who had got PR Visa and they were about to leave Canada on 24th April with whole family but pricipal applicant had died due to heart attack. Now i want to know that their dependable are eligibale to enter to Canada.

The PR card was dependant upon the Principal applicant and if he is not there, the dependants cannot land

they have to write to chc and ask for the dependant wife to be the principal applicant. It may happen but will take time [typical new delhi chc]
