Role: Business Analyst


We need someone with experience with banking. implementing a data warehouse at largest client in Canada, using Ascential Datastage and parallel extender. A BA with experience in Financial Services clients. An ability to read French would be really valuable, since all of the business requirements are written in French ....but that's not mandatory

The Business Analysts are responsible for identifying and documenting the requirements of the initiatives and analyzing these requirements from a business perspective. They define current and future operational scenarios and work with the client to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements. The Business Analysts own the business requirements and as such must be available throughout the life cycle of the initiative. They are responsible for:
- Analyzing client business processes
- Creation of the use cases to include:
· 1)Business transformation rules and mapping
· 2)Data cleansing and data default rules
· 3)Initial source/target mapping
