You can request your status of medicals from ottawa office by sending them a fax with your file number . They do get back to in a day or two.
The Ottawa medical section numbers are:

thanx for the information but i want to know that wat kind of status they r saying u on phone.....
i submitted my medicals in august mid and didnt get any reply from them.....do u have any idea about it.....my file is under process in buffallo office.........

will apriciate if u can guide me about that....

the medical section -ottawa can let u know when was your medical result sent to buffalo(if u send a Fax to the) .But in your caase it should be in buffalo by now if u did it in aug last year..
I provided fax # for those who have interview and want to know if medicals reached interview place or not so that if application is approved same day ..and mediclas are also there..then the consulate issues immigrant visa on same day.
