Medicals sent to the wrong place

My DMP sent the medical reports to New York Consulate instead of sending to Ottawa Medical services. Now I have received the envelope back with only my medical report and a request to send the documents to Ottawa. However I have not received my husband's medicals and Xrays of both of us.

What should we do?
