CAN SOMEBODY EXPLAIN TO ME.? MY BROTHER HAD APPLIED IN 2001 NOW IT HAS ALMOST 4 YEARS. HE HAS TO WAIT AGAIN 4 YEARS......PL. EXPLAIN AFTER READING ABOVE LINK.

They have finally agreed to agree upon, on which they had earlier agreed upon. Leaving the discussion open for all parties to still discuss, if and when the need arises, otherwise what had been stated earlier etc etc...
BROTHER JUST WAIT AND WATCH. ALL ARE FED UP.

Now CHC, Delhi is clearing all backlog of 2000 and 2001. Likely to be completed before december, 2005.
