Hello,

I applied on July 2001 to LONDON and received file number in August 2001.
Then received ITC checklist on January 2003.
I asked for my CAIPS notes; I received it just today, and the most concerning line is:

PAPER FILE SENT TO RYA FILE BF'D TO ITC ON 01-06-2005

Dose this mean that I have to wait 18 months more for the next review?

And Can I do something to speed it?
