is there anyway i can apply for my brother i m on pr card here any my husband have a canadian citizenship and my brother is 31 years old can someone please explain the ways for applying for him even from there (pakistan)or even from here (canada) thank you in advance

I think, Visit visa is the only thing that can bring your brother here in short span of time.

Try to invite him on tourism basis

Fake marriage seems to be the order of the day for desis..
