wehave applied for canada immigration in skilled worker catagory from new delhi in feb 2004 . can anyone tell if they have applied during the same time and recieved visas or how long it will take to process the papers

I have applied for PR in Dec 2001.

File number created - April 2002.

New forms submitted under IRPA rules : March 2003.

IELTS score submitted : 7.5 / 9, April 2003.

Case shows as in process in e-client application status.

Waiting to hear from them.

Didn't understood. Did you apply in Feb, 02 or Feb, 04?

I have applied in April, 04 and haven't heard from them. m a bit worried 'cos the pay order of the fee is valid only for three months and will become invalid after that. Dunno what action should I take now.

Did anybody else faced the same problem?

I am an April 2002 applicant. Got my medical advice from New Delhi with an interview waiver. Had given IELTS, and also submitted new IRPA forms a year back. I also have an arranged employment approved by the HRDC. Dont loose patience. Good news should be on its way soon.

Hi, I am march 2002 applicant but I didn't know forms changed after we applied. Do we need to resubmit the new forms? Also haven't taken IELTS.
Glad to know some one from our batch has got his turn after a long waiting.

Now I understand why u got so fast medical. So have got hdrc approved job offer. Please let me know ur area of specilization.
I am too april 2002 applicant. But I guess need to wait for easily 6 more months to hear whether interview is wavied or not.

Better submit now the new IRPA forms that come long back in july 2002. Also give IELTS test. Man in what world r u living. Hurry up if want to skip interview ELSE need to wait for 58 or 68 months By that time our hairs will grow white -).
