please reply to this query. does HRDC approved job letter helps fasten the immigration process? Or it only helps in increasing the pts? I am talking if we are applying from New Delhi office. and if yes, then in how much time aprox it will take to complete the whole process?

I solicit the kind opinions of other CDs regarding the advantages of HRDC approved job offer.

i) Does it expedite the immegration process apart from increasing the points.

ii)Suppose one manages to get a HRDC approved job offer and work permit for one year , from India and also he has lodged the application file for PR from India. Is it that he has to return back to India after completion of 1 year job permit or in that case his PR application will be processed in a
Fast Track method to enable him to stay back at Canada.
