Hi,

Pls look at http://strategis.ic.gc.ca/epic/internet/incd-dgc.nsf/en/h_cs01914e.html

for the detailed procedure. You may like to do it online.

Thanks.

Thanks a lot. You mean to say, I can do it online & there is no need for any help from some CGA /CPA etc.

In my case, I incorporated myself as a small business in software last year, and intend to have only myself as the employee for some time. Till now, I didnt take any help from any CGA/CPA regarding this, and did on my own, with enough home-work though. But yes, to file income taxes, or GST returns, I do ask a Tax expert.

However, once there are more people in a company, then I am going to have an accountant to take care of things, which I am doing right now myself.

For company registration, I had to submit documents for name search. After their approval, contacted Companies Office for further work. All was done without any external help, and went through within 15 days, or perhaps lesser.

If you are planning to have staff in your company, and interested in some big scale kind of things.. then certainly I suggest to take help from expert hands in this field.

Regards.
