You are in India and have Indian style of Idea how people work. We have Govt organisations and lots of other controls. Still there are so many scammers in India.
Here, we have a freedom country, Canada. You can not get a penny back because they have well crafted contracts and never categorically state that they will grant you work pwrmit. Look for words like... IF, ASSIST, guarantee( usually with the word NO) .
I have worked in this line. It is not easy to get LMO. If you really have true qualification and experience, you can get LMO yourself by directly contacting employers.
canbadian Govt is not a fool, you must have read about how they fooled people with good jobs and qualification to come here and do third class jobs.
DO NOT fall prey to such private companies. If they have sound business, the should be able to get you WP and take money later. Thay can easily enforce such contract if they need to ( if client does not pay).

Instead, try to get education/ skill tradeperson training and job and come here on PR or education visa.
there are thousands here in canada on education visa who find it difficult to get work visa after completing their course. Why would canada govt take you?

BTW, what is your qualification? Are you trying to come as farm worker?

I have had really negative experience with this company, at 1st when I wrote to them they asked for my resume and informed me that they will help me find a job for a modest fees of 100 CAD. I paid them, then in 2 week time I received 3 job offers none of them matching my profile. Its been more than 3 months since I paid them and have not received any new job offers.
Every time I write to them I get an automated reply stating some one will contact me in 48 hrs and no one ever does.
Seriously, don't get fooled like me.

Should be categorized as a WTF post..

Only thing left is for RCMP to start replying on this thread..

Above all. After 6 months waiting and writing them, they refund my money. The sum they mentioned here I never paid them, I paid them app. 300 euro. They did refund and gave instructions to moneybookers that I've been blackmailing them. Certainly, I cannot get these money from moneybookers, but I sent an inquiry to police. Since Canada and Latvia have an agreement they contacted Canadian mountain police in order to figure out what is going on there. Also, I contacted several financial authorities.


You can deal with this company, but it is SCAM! ! ! Serious companies do not do like that did.

These people are fraud. They have not return my money yet. now a days they are not even replying to my email..FRAUD FRAUD... do not pay them

How to get refund form this SCAM? Please advise
