I have received medical forms for me and family in which there are spelling mistakes, should i notify the embassy and ask for new forms or just go to doctor who may write the correct names on the forms. Secondly, my dependants are temporarily on summer vacations in an other city, qustion is should we take the medical tests in diferent cities or together. Lastly can i still expect an interview? coments woulf be much appreciated.

Would suggest contacting the Candain Embassy to get the documents corrected. If there's a typo in the medical documents it'll probably be the same in all the documents. That will also buy you time for the family to return.
