TRAIN or BY AIR .WHich one is good and how much i have to travel to reach railway station from TORONTO AIRPORT.How mcuh do taxi charges.

Travelling is easy in Canada. Toronto to Ottawa is four hour drive / 45 min flight / four hour train ride.
TRAIN
trains to Ottawa leave from Union Station. Catch a cab (taxi) from the airport and just tell the driver you want to go to \"Union Station\". Schedules and tickets are available here http://www.viarail.ca/tickets/en_index_tick.html
BUS
Buses leave for Ottawa from the Greyhound Bus Station on Dundas Street and Bay Street. Tell the Cab driver you want to go to the \"Greyhound bus station on Dundas and Bay\" Schedules and tickets available here http://www.greyhound.ca/en/
AIR
Flights for ottawa leave from the same airport in Toronto. You may have to change terminals. You tickets to Toronto and From toronto will tell you which terminal(s) are involved. The airport has shuttle buses (free) between terminals. Just step out of the airport and look for a shuttle bus sign. Ask any cab driver, baggage handler etc for help - tey will show you where to wait. Schedule tickets available here

Just one addition. If you want to know how much a taxi or limo would charge you to get to any of those locations (ie Union station or the Greyhound bus), check out this link. You will need to map out each location to figure out which tariff zone it falls into...
