If I travel by train from Buffalo-NY to Toronto, where do I have to submit I-94?

Thank you,

The train that carries you from Buffalo to Toronto is AMTRAK.
They have booking offices that run 24/7 at most locations.
They do shut them briefly and open as and when the line builds up.
But there is always some one to help you. The RR Station is
clean and well kept. But you do have to watch for undesirable
elements. As always, 'where are all the people when you need
them'? So, be in an area well monitored.
AMTRAK Toll free 1-800-872-7245.
BUFFALO train station is BFX.
There is one at Depew. 55 Dick Road,Depew, NY 14043.
Other 75 Exchange Street55 Dick Road Buffalo, NY 14203
TORONTO train station is TWO Union Station
If you know exactly when you woulld be travelling to the Toronto
destination, then book the same immediately, now. The good
fares will be $99.00 US for a family of four Two Adults and
two children (Two under 12) verify the same at the time of booking.
You are permitted TWO pieces of luggage each weighing 50 Lbs.
dimension 28x22x14 inches, besides hand held items.
Please See Baggage rules.
You are allowed to carry cigarettes, but can't smoke them on the
train. NO alcholic beverages are permitted to be carried in Bottles.
Bar service is available on board the train.
AT THE TIME of BOOKING, they will take all of the details from
you, such as passport #, Nationality, local address and the
destination address etc., and they will let you travel on the train.
If you don't have them, then it is a NO GO.
During the travel, unknown to anyone, they will do the examination
on board (May be at a siding) and carry out the formalities, and
collect the required documents (I-94) landing papers, and anything
that is called for. I am told that it will be on board
