xersees,
i am having enough courage.here i am a settled professinal having my own practice as a ca. i weighed my options and decided to stay back .
i projected my next 5 years in canada and at the age of 40, i didnot found it very encouraging. that does not mean i am lack of courage. any way it is all for the best.
