Following msg for last one year.....
"Deceision Made" (Medical results have been received. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision).
Even my medicals are about to expire this month end..... have asked CIC to resend medical forms... not sure what's going on..
In above cases did they requested your passport ?

Why are you panicking so much, If CIC would require newly done meds then they would ask you...This is not going to help you get into Canada earlier in anyway..Keep Patience

Thanks, I guess Patience is the keyword.
Problem is that i may have to go back to India and in that case i have to stand back in the queue and start afresh. (As per few threads from this forum)
I have not tried for capis though?

Hello Desibanda,

Yaar it really looks bad that ur status did'nt changed since last one year. Mine online status got changed to the one like urs on 10th January 2005 and I am now scared and disappointed knowing your status.

But, I suppose that u r in US on some workpermit or other visa I mean you are not a US citizen or PR that might be the problem with ur case.

By the way what is this "Capis"?????

Its CAIPS : the Caips Note which are part of PR process or any other Immigration issues with CIC, the CAIPS notes have codes the translation of which is provided in one of the Posts on CDesi.

Don't worry Decent Punjabi, i guess my case is unusual. Unfortunately cic seems to have lost my medical, though they have received my wife's medical. Our medicals will also expire this month end.
I am on work permit here in USA and my I-94 will expire soon.
