I have sent Invitation Letter for my mother's visitor Visa. In which I have stated all what is required. (Details where obtained from canadiandesi site) however agents there wants Notary Stamp and Notary wants letter in specific format.

Any one having sample please send me.

You sponsorship letter / Affidavit must address all concerns listed in it.

If there is a "specific format" of affidavit Mr. Massood & Senior Desis must be knowing it.
