Hello,
I want to start a restuarent in winnipeg. I know about the steet preparations and cooking but i dont have nay certificate.
-Should I have to get any certifiacte to start?.
-Is there any govt. fund available for small business.
Please advise.

they say providing loans for small business but it is all bull shit as I have tried a lot and failed ultimately for the food industry
