Dear Massoodji,
Recently I got my Visa (Skilled immigrant category) along with my Spouse's visa after a long wait of 5 yrs.
My Visa along with my wife's is expiring in November. Due to unforeseen circumstances my Wife is not able to travel with me to Canada. Due to which some questions are arising in my mind, for which I seek your advice.
1.) Can I apply for her Visa again (once present Visa has expired).
2.) Will I face any difficulty in getting her Visa again
3.) What will be the finanacial implications - Will I have to pay the landing fee and application fee again ?
I also tried to search the forum, but could not find any such cases. Your early response will be highly appreciated.

i think you will have to go to same immigration procedure....
I had a situation where my wife's visa reached her just 2 weeks before the expiration date - atleast you are lucky, you have atleast 8 weeks (Count your blessings!). Generally if you do not land before the expiraation of the visa, you have to go through the entire process. Obviously you have to pay the processing and right of landing fee again, not to mention the long delay before the visa is re-issued.
Try to talk to the visa officer concerned at the Canadian High commision at New Delhi. He/she could extend the validity of the visa provided your reasons are convincing and that this visa officer has such discretionary powers.

Best deal is to land together. She can come back next day.
If it is IMPOSSIBLE, then, if you are the primary applicant you can land and then sponsor your spouse.
If your wife is the primary applicant, then you have to re-apply.
Same process again.
In that case do not be in a hurry, just chill out for 5 years, or it will lead to a heart attack 
The landing fee is refundable if not used, means if you do not land. So definitely you wont hav to pay he landing fee.
I think it is better for you to land, but they might not alow you without your spouse (get clear on this).
If you land alone, then it is much easier & faster to sponsor your wife.
Try to get it extended first by giving evidence that she cannot travel now. They should do it, there is always a way.
