Its been a couple of months since I've applied for my parents immigration under the family class category. My Mom has a 10 year visitor visa for Canada already. My Dad has a visa that expires this November. My questions are
1) Will there be any problems if my Mom visits here since her file is already in process?
2) Would my Dad be able to apply for an extension to his visitory visa that expires in November? Or is this not advisable since his file is already in process?
Thanks in advance for you comments / advice.

- NO

- HE CAN TRY. WON'T AFFECT HIS CASE EITHER WAY.

Massood,
Thanks for your reply. Considering that my Dad has been to Canada twice already as a visitor and to the States several times, plus has visited many countries around the world, how would you rate his chances of getting the visa if his file is still in process?
If his file was not in process, I have no doubts he would have gotten a 10 year multiple visa by post.
Thanks again.
