Hello friends,
We are planning to visit USA during holidays for 5-7days(we are driving), I wanted to know if it is a good idea to buy travel/health insurance for that period or Health card is good enough. I live in Quebec. And if Insurance is required can you suggest a few names that may be cost effective in this situation. Thanks for your time and help. Please help.

In my view, almost a must, even if it covered by your company (unless your plan is very good).
Travel insurance is not very expensive. I get mine from CAA which covers my family of 4 for multiple trips outside the province (means outside the country too) for about $170 for one year. Each trip is limited to maximum 30 days. However, you can buy extra days if you want and they have a per day charge.
