US health insurance while living in Canada

Hi

Can one purchase a supplemental health insurance for US even if one is living in canada ? Not travel insurance but regular insurance. I think Blue Cross Blue Shield used to offer something for the US ? Not sure if its just travel insurance or even if someone wanted to go to US and see a specialist doctor ?

Nope

You have to be a US resident for getting Group Medical Insurance in US (not travel or emergency insurance )
