I am looking into the possibility of moving to a condo. unit in Brampton and would appreciate any advice in this matter.
We have seen some apartments in Malta av. Prices are reasonable but the common area expenses are high.Does anyone have any experience( Positive or negative) about a particular building--at 10 Malta av?
This was NOT meant to be wishy washy!
The fees are $600 per month and the taxes are around $185.
The price for a 3 Bedroom unit is around $219000 listed but I am told this can be negotiated downwards.

Your posting though may be legible is wishy washy. Provide the location and the figures that you have for a few in the business to provide you with a valued judgment and an opinion.
A few in the know how of the field will then tell you if it is par or above the normal rates charged.
That is the price you pay for moving into a CONDO. So evaluate, prior to entry. If not suitable then, drop the idea.
