Please be more specific about where you want to buy, what you are looking for exactly...sq. footage, # of washrooms, house frontage, type of property (freehold/condominium) etc etc.
Yes MLS.ca can provide you with this information but you may not be able to see some property addresses as they may be blocled by the agents having listed them. Alternately, a REALTOR practicing in both cities will not only be able to give you the current market prices without you spending time in collecting and sorting the data, he/she will also be able to explain you the difference in the cities as well as reasons for the difference.
