i have paid my right of laning fees and am waiting my final paper work after that i will land in toronto most probably in feb-march from the usa my visit will be a short one just to apply for sin and pr cards now after landing in toronto can i go to montreal immediately and apply for the sin and pr cards there or i have to do it from toronto im insisting on montreal because i have family there and nobody in toronto.your advice would really be appreciated
