If I’m not mistaken it’s a meat preparation common among Nepalis and people from the (Indian) North-east.

Means something entirely different in Konkani though…….nothing to do with food…

Momo is a meat / veg preparation which is basically steamed and therefore very healthy. It originated in Tibet.You do get momo's in most chinese restuarants. I just had some at Chinatown in downtown Vancouver.

I never thought that chinese restuarents could have the same flavour and tast we get in India but I tried this weekend some vegetarian momos and they were wow.

Could you please suggest where in Downtown.

Why don't you make it at home. They are rather easy to prepare.
