I have applied my Immigration(PR) to canada in India on Dec 2004. Is there any way that i can shift my Immigration papers from India to USA. In order to make the process fast. Culd anyone guide me how, wat will be the time duration for movement & i will in USA in another 2 to 3 yrs. So pls advise me. Thanks in advance...

1. When did you move to US

2. Did you inform the change of address and status in US to CHC , Delhi

3. You have to send all details of your current status and request the transfer of file from Delhi to USA

4. Change / Proof of new address / contact information

5. New job details / Employer's confirmation letter of job and duration

6. Job petition / Visa stamping

7. Documents chould support your claim that you will be in US for 2-3 years

8. All photocopied documents should be attested by a Notary

9. A summary /statement from you on why you moved to US and why you are still interested in immigration to Canada

10. Request the file be moved from Delhi to US
