I have to apply for H1b visa soon. i want to knw that has sme1 aplied and got visa in recent days?????????? plz tellllllll
H1- B visa now available for OCT- 06 and you can only apply after in APR-06 for that

I know plenty of people who have recently gotten H1B visa..
BTW.. Visa is the Stamp you get in the passport..
That you can get anytime so long as you hold a job and have H1B authorization 797 from DHS..
You have been on H1B in past 12 months you can still apply for H1B transfer and that can happen any time as it's not against current quota.
