Bring everything you can which does not require a warranty OR whose warranty is valid in Canada (notebooks , projectors , camcorders, etc.) .

Hi ,
Do u talk about only electronics or furniture too?
We are planning to move from California to Toronto next month. The quote is $1.20 Cdn per pound.
Is it a reasonable quote?
Thanks.

Hi,
Need help in taking my car with me to Cadana. I have a Honda accord financed by Honda Financial services. Some posts in this thread suggest that one can export a financed vehicle also without any problem as long as we can get a letter/some thing like that from the finance company. When I contacted Honda, they told me that they do not do it. So, would any of you suggest some finance companies who allow this so that I can get it refinanced.
Second question is ' Do I need to pay any duty at the customs'? If yes, how much would that be? I know that I need to pay about $180 Candian dollars.
