Can someone advice is there a direct flight from Toronto to Bangalore. If yes, is it non stop and what airlines. I will appreciate your help.

There is a flight from Toronto-paris-Bangalore. It is Air France all the way.
I used it and it starts 7:05 pm and reaches b'lore on 1:00 am the day after. It has a 3 hr. halt in Paris and is low fare to the core.

There is british airways direct flight to Bangalore also via London Heathrow.

Lufthansa : Toronto - Frankfurt - Bangalore

As far as I know, only the following flight exists from NA to India non-stop.

Continental Airlines - Newark, NJ to Delhi - 14 hrs non stop.

Jet Airways was supposed to start a non-stop from Bombay to Newark, NJ. I don't think that has happened yet.

Of course, Air India might have a direct flight, but I believe they stop at London for re-fueling
