Hi,
Can anybody tell me whether there is any chance of rejection of case after I have undergone my interview and thereafter also cleared medicals but still waiting for my landing papers from last 7 months.
I am asking this becoz i need to confirm status before i resign from my goverment job in india
My dear friend,
The VISA + COPR in your hand is the only confirmation that you've gone through.
Please DO NOT resign from your job. Continue with your life as it is.
This is and advice from a person whose been through that route.
Goodluck.
Cheers

check this out. It's a policy manual that needs to be followed by CIC to process application for PR under federal skilled workers category.
