I left for India in 2004 in the month of March for a new job. I filed my taxes for the year 2003 before leaving. Before leaving I donated my car to one of the Agency.

Now I checked my online account, it indicates that I owe around $300 in tax which has been reported by some Automobile and Repair shop in their T1. How would donating a CAR make me owe some amount to Canada Revenu???

I am in India any thought how I can clear my doubts and this mess.

I can help you with that, just pass on to me "Notice of Assessment"That you have received from revenue canada also I can become your authorized represenative too after signing one document.
