The Joggers park song by Adnan is excellent. One of my favourites.

Ishq hota nahi sabhi ke liye,
Ye bana hai kisi kisi ke liye.

Wow.

Ofcourse, jagjit singh & adnan have different styles altogether.

I think there is a total change in Jagjit Singh's concerts after the tragedy with his son. Furthermore, Chitra Singh had totally stopped singing. When I listen to him in the "Wembly" and "Royal Albert Hall" concerts (records); It is a totally different experience than what MR and Meghal are talking about. I have never been lucky enough to attend any Live concerts though and waiting eagerly if any is arranged in GTA.

I had a cassette of live at Wembley. But you are talking of early 80s (83-84 to be precise). 23 years have passed since. And still, what you hear in album is an edited version of the concert.

Jagjit tries to do "popular stuff" in his concert. I wonder if he realized, that the audience would not be the same as the audience in say, Shahrukh-Priety concert. People are there to listen to serious stuff - not to have fun

Jajjit Singh is back in Toronto on April 12,2009 at Roy Thomson Hall. from what i heard its going to be his last show of his career in Toronto...so all Jagjit Singh fans watch him for the last time..i think you can contact eglington carpets for tickets...
