Hi,
Read a lot of posts about immigrants with PR cards who after doing their landing went out of the country and now after staying out for more than two years want to return.
The answers that I read were quite contradictory :
Someone said "as long as the PR cards are valid you cannot be denied entry"
Someone said "no you cant go back and would be turned back at the port of entry in Canada"
Someone said "if the PR card is valid to cover the 760 day rule you still can enter Canada"
Someone said that "you can stay out for 3 years out of the five year period"
SO the question is :What is the real rule

I AM "CAN-INDIAN"
Hi,
You won't have any problem as you need to be in Canada for 2 years out of 5 years.
(ie. You can be out of Canada for 3 years).
We moved to Canada last month after staying 23 months outside Canada.

Hi,
Normally, SIN card is sent to your address in 4-8 weeks time.
